We are seeking two experienced professionals to lead end-to-end delivery of innovation projects across owned and partner brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead ideation, development, commercialisation, and post-launch review of innovation projects
  • Own a category-specific pipeline (Alcohol or Non-Alcohol), aligned to our long-term portfolio strategy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring disruptive products to life
  • Inspire and lead project teams, managing resources, timelines, and governance
  • Evaluate performance and continuously improve the innovation process

About You:

  • 5+ years of experience in Innovation, Brand Management, or Commercial roles in FMCG
  • Strong commercial and analytical skills with a deep understanding of consumers and category strategy
  • Proven project leadership in fast-paced environments
  • A blend of creative thinking and process discipline
  • Possession of bold ideas and confidence to lead change and influence stakeholders
