We're looking for a highly skilled Contracts Coordinator to join our team.

This role involves managing construction projects, coordinating contracts, and ensuring smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and let contracts to subcontractors and suppliers to maintain the construction schedule.
  • Administer subcontractor performance against the scope of works and construction program.
  • Process subcontractor payment claims and supplier invoices within required timeframes.
  • Maintain cost control, forecast revisions, and project financial reporting.
  • Prepare head contract payment claims and client correspondence.
  • Procure subcontractors and suppliers by reviewing tenders and preparing technical documentation.
  • Coordinate activities associated with overall planning and programming.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
  • 3-5 years' experience as a Contracts Administrator on large-scale projects.
  • Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proactive and adaptable, able to work with various stakeholders.
