Job Overview

Purpose:

The Construction Coordinator will oversee and manage construction activities to ensure alignment with project timelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule construction activities.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Procure materials and equipment needed for construction projects.
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage logistics operations.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation.
  • Collaborate with safety personnel to implement and enforce safety protocols.
  • Resolve issues or conflicts that arise during construction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in construction project coordination and logistics management.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and equipment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry.
