Lead Property Manager

About the Role:


You will oversee the development and implementation of our diverse property portfolio, focusing on strategic growth, customer satisfaction, and regulatory compliance.


This leadership position is key to our long-term success. You will collaborate with senior executives, stakeholders, tenants, and government authorities to drive commercial outcomes and sustainability.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement a comprehensive property management strategy for commercial success and sustainability.
  • Negotiate leases, manage contract administration, and maximise revenue through rent reviews, budgeting, and P&L oversight per property.
  • Manage minor works projects, ensure regulatory compliance, and identify new commercial property opportunities.

Requirements:


  • Demonstrated experience in managing complex property portfolios.
  • Strong background in commercial lease negotiation and property law.
  • Experience leading small teams, with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong financial acumen and analytical ability, with proven ability to resolve complex issues and deliver commercial outcomes.
