Key Responsibilities:

  • Impact the company's financial health by leading with compassion, retaining employees, and influencing absenteeism and occupancy drivers.">

Requirements:

  2. Associate degree, technical school, or equivalent work experience.">
  3. Strong collection experience in Telco - Call Center Setup.">
  4. Promote a performance-driven culture, mentor others, and inspire team members.">
  5. Utilize time management skills and prioritize tasks effectively.">
  6. Engage and support your team with proper tools and systems for day-to-day tasks.">
