Job Title: Space Manager

About the Role:

  • The Space Manager plays a key role in ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage maintenance requests, preventative maintenance, and operational needs for the built environment.
  • Support facilities services including mailrooms, meeting rooms, and events.
  • Coordinate contractors and vendors to ensure service excellence and meet customer expectations.
  • Assist with budget management and expenditure tracking.
  • Champion workplace health, safety, and compliance standards.
  • Contribute to projects such as fit-outs, relocations, and space utilisation studies.

About You:

  • We are looking for someone who is solutions-focused, professional, and enjoys building strong working relationships.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.
  • Strong organisational ability with a keen eye for detail and attention to deadlines.
  • Confidence managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working knowledge of workplace Health & Safety regulations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Previous experience in a similar role or property services is highly regarded.
