Engineering Growth Opportunities

We're looking for a skilled software engineer to play a key role in driving growth and optimization of our product. As a strong developer with expertise in leveraging new technologies and data-driven decision-making, you will drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conceptualize, design, and implement technology solutions aimed at accelerating the growth of our product.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and deliver impactful solutions that contribute to overall growth strategy.
  • Take ownership of the full development lifecycle, from initial design and implementation of performant backend to testing, deployment, and maintenance of infrastructure solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of experience in software engineering.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Proficiency in full-stack development and familiarity with application development technologies (Web, Typescript, PostgreSQL, GraphQL) and experience in backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, AWS).
  • Experience in data-driven optimization, including familiarity with databases, data modeling, and data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SQL, NoSQL, data warehouses, Snowflake, BigQuery, etc.).
  • Ability to conduct experiments and A/B testing to evaluate effectiveness of different growth strategies, features, and user experiences, and iterate based on data-driven findings.
