Leadership Opportunity in Food and Beverage Operations
We are seeking a skilled and experienced leader to oversee food and beverage operations across our restaurants, bars, events, and room service. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to drive revenue initiatives, establish quality and guest satisfaction goals, and provide mentoring and coaching to colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead food and beverage operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences and achieve business objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth through breakfast up-sells, daily sales, and upsell incentives.
- Collaborate with front office and housekeeping departments to ensure seamless operational integration.
- Provide coaching and feedback to colleagues to enhance performance and drive development.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months' experience in food and beverage or restaurant management.
- Qualifications in hotel management or a related field (preferred).
- Valid RSA competency card required.
- Excellent communication and bilingual/multilingual language skills advantageous.
- Team player with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
