We are seeking an experienced Grant Funding Specialist to help drive our mission of transforming lives through surf therapy.

About the Role

This pivotal 12-month position will support our Interim CEO during maternity leave and be responsible for securing essential funding streams through grants, philanthropy, and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply for and secure grants to meet funding targets.
  • Lead fundraising efforts to develop new partnerships and sustain existing relationships.
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with high-net-worth donors and key partners.
  • Collaborate closely with the team to deliver cohesive and impactful fundraising strategies.
