This position involves working closely with internal and external stakeholders to provide technical support to customers, build trust, and meet their needs through value differentiation.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mind, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers, including troubleshooting, presentations, and technical briefs.
- Work closely with the Commercial team to support customer growth and develop product applications.
- Support the ANZ sampling program, assist in inventory control, packing from bulk bags, and sending samples to customers as required.
- Connect and develop knowledge with global and regional teams to stay up-to-date with Ingredion's new innovations and offerings.
Qualified Candidates:
Mandatory Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in science-based or food-related courses.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, cooperation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a can-do attitude.
- Sound technical analytical mind, able to solve complex problems strategically.
- English fluency, both written and spoken.
Desirable Requirements:
- Knowledge and experience in a technical product application role.
- Proficiency in computer literacy, Outlook, Excel.
- Ability to make decisions under ambiguous situations.
- Ability to think strategically.
