We are seeking a Family Law Professional to join our growing team in Sydney and Melbourne.

This opportunity is suited to experienced lawyers looking to develop their careers in a supportive environment, with exposure to a wide range of family law matters.

The Role

As a Family Law Professional, you will:

  • Provide advice and representation across a broad range of family law matters, including divorce, parenting disputes, property settlements, child support, and binding financial agreements.
  • Manage your own matters with increasing autonomy while also contributing to larger and more complex cases.
  • Work alongside senior practitioners, gaining mentorship and structured career development opportunities.
  • Deliver high-quality service to clients with professionalism, discretion, and empathy.
About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 1 year PQE in family law (applications are welcome from Associate through to Special Counsel levels).
  • Strong technical skills in drafting, advocacy, and negotiation.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage sensitive client relationships.
  • A proactive approach to building your practice and contributing to team success.
