We are seeking a casual Family Law Paralegal to join our firm.

The ideal candidate will have a background in family law, excellent organisational skills and is able to start immediately.

As a Family Law Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Principal Solicitor with the following:

  • Assist in preparing for hearings, mediations, and trials.

  • Organise and manage case files, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and easily accessible.

  • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and correspondence.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in Family Law.

  • Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certification from an accredited institution.

  • Knowledge of Leap Legal Software is essential.
