Expert Geotechnical Engineering Professional

Our organization is seeking an experienced professional to fill a critical role as a Senior Tailings Design Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and development of civil/geotechnical/tailings dam structures
- Analysis and evaluation of geotechnical data using various software packages
- Understanding and implementation of tailing deposition modeling techniques (Muk3D)
- Site investigation and characterization for geotechnical and environmental purposes
- Development and management of instrumentation monitoring systems for project sites
- Project/task management, proposal preparation support, and technical report generation
- Bachelor's degree in civil or geotechnical engineering or a related field
- Advanced degree in civil or geotechnical engineering or a related field (desired)
- Professional registration (desired but not required)
- Engineer of Record (EoR) certification
- At least 8 years (10+ preferred) of directly relevant experience in consulting environments
- Proficiency in relevant geotechnical engineering software
- Ability to succeed in fast-paced consulting environments, handling multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and traveling to client sites as needed
