About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established residential builder with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality townhouse and multi-unit projects in Melbourne's West and Southeast.

As a Site Assistant, you will be working closely with a supportive Site Manager to ensure the smooth operation of our Medium Density projects. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Project Documentation: Oversee and manage all project documentation, including contracts, permits, and daily site records.
  • Communication Coordination: Coordinate communications between site managers, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
  • Construction Scheduling: Assist in the preparation and management of construction schedules and project timelines.
  • Site Compliance: Ensure all site documentation complies with safety regulations and company standards.
  • Administrative Support: Support site managers with administrative duties and liaise with head office as required.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in construction administration, preferably in the residential sector.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage various stakeholders.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
  • Knowledge of Construction Processes: Knowledge of construction processes and compliance regulations.
  • Ability to Work Independently: Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
