As a Site Assistant, you will be working closely with a supportive Site Manager to ensure the smooth operation of our Medium Density projects. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Project Documentation: Oversee and manage all project documentation, including contracts, permits, and daily site records.
- Communication Coordination: Coordinate communications between site managers, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Construction Scheduling: Assist in the preparation and management of construction schedules and project timelines.
- Site Compliance: Ensure all site documentation complies with safety regulations and company standards.
- Administrative Support: Support site managers with administrative duties and liaise with head office as required.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Proven Experience: Proven experience in construction administration, preferably in the residential sector.
- Strong Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage various stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
- Knowledge of Construction Processes: Knowledge of construction processes and compliance regulations.
- Ability to Work Independently: Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
This role offers a competitive salary between $85 - $95k + super + vehicle (with phone and laptop), a fantastic work/life balance, and the opportunity to work with a supportive team. You will also have access to continued training and development opportunities.
