Nursing Shift Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled coordinator to join our dedicated team at Mercy Hospital for Women Heidelberg. As a Nursing Shift Coordinator, you will work closely with hospital coordinators to allocate and coordinate rostered nursing shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the placement of nurses and midwives to shifts
  • Liaise with ANUM's to highlight and rectify staffing needs
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with casual and pool staff
  • Attend to general office administration duties

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in office and hospital environments
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills with outstanding phone manner
  • Demonstrate high-level office skills with an eye for detail and exceptional time management abilities
  • Proven teamwork and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in data entry, preferably in allocation systems
