Job Description

The successful candidate will lead the design and implementation of IT Service Management (ITSM) capabilities to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery to customers.

Responsibilities include recommending improvement initiatives, providing maturity assessments and governance recommendations, acting as a subject matter expert and ITSM coach, providing training and guidance on good service management practices, and serving as the custodian for the service management system.

The role requires strong analysis and problem-solving skills, with a focus on developing and improving service management processes.

Additionally, the candidate should have experience with enterprise service, process, or functional capability development, including conducting maturity assessments, developing roadmaps, and establishing governance.
