About this role:

As a Transformation Architect, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end solution development for complex business transformations. Your focus will be on delivering strategic advice to clients, combining technical expertise, industry insight, and innovation to drive competitive, scalable, and customer-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end solutioning for business transformations across various industries.
  • Analyze client requirements and design tailored, value-driven solutions.
  • Collaborate with sales, delivery, and technology teams to ensure solution feasibility and competitiveness.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and integrate innovative practices into solution designs.
  • Develop high-quality solution documents and presentations for diverse audiences.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align solutions with business goals and delivery capabilities.

About the skills and qualifications we look for:

We are looking for someone with a Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, with 10+ years of experience in IT services and 5+ years in transformation architecture or pre-sales roles. You should have proven experience leading complex business transformations and have strong expertise in ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM). A ServiceNow CSA certification is required, and CIS certifications are preferred. You should also have a deep understanding of ITIL processes and modern workplace technologies.
