Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced curriculum leader to join our team as a Senior Academic Director.

  • This role involves designing and implementing engaging curricula for Junior School students, leading and mentoring teachers to enhance their teaching practices, and developing relationships with students, parents, and the wider school community.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong experience leading curriculum design and pedagogical practices, be passionate about education, and dedicated to student development.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Curriculum Design and Implementation: Develop and implement innovative and effective curricula that cater to the needs of Junior School students.
  2. Teacher Development: Lead and mentor teachers to enhance their teaching practices and promote student achievement.
  3. Community Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with students, parents, and the wider school community.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate or Qualified Teacher: Hold a graduate degree or qualified to teach Primary students.
  • Curriculum Leadership Experience: Have strong experience leading curriculum design and pedagogical practices.
  • Passion for Education: Be passionate about education and dedicated to student development.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
