Claims Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Management Specialist to join our Workplace Risk team in Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing expert advice and support to our clients' workplace risk programs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide hands-on injury and claims management support services to a range of clients
- Deliver strategic advice on claims and injury management to optimize client outcomes
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement effective solutions
- Analyze data on workers' compensation injury and claim trends to inform business decisions
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience working in a rehabilitation provider, employer or workers' compensation agent/insurer environment
- Prior exposure to National Workers' Compensation arrangements
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Proven ability to organise, prioritise, project manage and work well under pressure
- A qualification in Allied Health or equivalent work experience
