Cardiac Care Professional
">This position is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and compassionate professional to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients. As a key member of our Cardiac/CCU team at Gold Coast Private Hospital, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care.
">The successful candidate will be responsible for providing safe, evidence-based nursing care and supervising and guiding nursing team members. Additionally, they will educate and support patients in recovery, rehabilitation, and end-of-life care, lead quality improvement and safety initiatives, collaborate with the healthcare team for optimal patient care, and serve as a role model for safe practices.
">Key qualifications include a minimum 12 months experience as an RN in an acute setting, cardiac experience highly regarded, Bachelor of Science (Nursing) or equivalent, current unrestricted AHPRA registration, compliance with ACQSHC National standards, clinical expertise and commitment to high quality patient care, self-motivated team player, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and proactive, customer-focused approach.
