Facilitate Plant Uptime

The role is focused on leading the maintenance team and ensuring plant availability through standardised preventative, corrective and condition-based maintenance systems.

  • Manage day-to-day maintenance activities and processes to meet maintenance requirements within safety, cost, and schedule parameters.
  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies that increase productivity and efficiency while adhering to KPI's around OEE, machine reliability, uptime, stoppages, and OH&S.
  • Deliver reactive and preventative maintenance support to ensure minimal lost time due to mechanical failures or faults.
Qualifications and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A trades background with experience working within a fast-paced manufacturing sector.
  • Supervisory or leadership experience, ideally within food or beverage manufacturing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A thorough understanding of HACCP, GMP, and relevant Australian Standards.
