Creative Studio Director

We're seeking an experienced and skilled creative director to lead our studio. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of our business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a collaborative team environment, developing and enhancing our design process, and driving the timely delivery of project deadlines.
You'll work closely with our leadership team to schedule workflow, manage the growth of our business, and oversee business administration and finances.
Required Skills and Qualifications- A background in finances, accounting, marketing or human resources
- 3-5 years' experience in similar roles at architecture or other creative agencies
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Strong time management skills and ability to thrive under pressure
You'll join a passionate and friendly team who enjoy working together, being around each other between 8:30am and 5pm each day, and working in the heart of Brunswick East with easy access to public transport and good lunch spots.
