**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities:**

  • Welcome and communicate with members, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and explaining our programs.
  • Provide prompt and courteous member service, answering phone calls, and directing members to relevant products and services.
  • Process new memberships and maintain existing ones, keying information into our computer system, and keeping records up-to-date.
  • Adhere to all safety and security procedures, verifying identity and business information for memberships.
  • Collect membership dues, issue receipts, and assist at refund counters or with marketing initiatives as necessary.
