We are seeking a highly skilled Frontend Engineering Lead to join our dynamic engineering team. As a forward-thinking ecommerce agency, we deliver exceptional digital experiences for leading brands.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead the design and implementation of complex features, act as a technical escalation point for others, and contribute significantly to projects across the agency.

About This Role:
  • Leading the Development of Scalable Applications
  • Architecting complex solutions that balance usability, maintainability, and performance.
  • Overseeing and contributing to the delivery of work by other developers across accounts.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to scope and deliver technical solutions.
  • Acting as a mentor and go-to technical escalation point within the team.
  • Driving best practices through code reviews, documentation, and technical leadership.
  • Identifying risks, managing dependencies, and simplifying complex challenges.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, specifically with React or similar technologies.
  • Deep expertise in NextJS, TypeScript, and front-end architecture.
  • Demonstrated experience building and maintaining complex frontend systems.
  • Experience with automated testing libraries and design systems.
  • A strong understanding of cloud-based services and modern deployment workflows.
  • A collaborative mindset with strong communication skills.
  • Experience reviewing code, mentoring others, and championing best practice.
  • A passion for learning, sharing knowledge, and growing those around you.
