About The Role

We are seeking a senior retail professional to lead our corporate store teams in delivering business objectives and driving sales growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and service standards across the store network.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Lead and coach state managers to achieve sales and operational objectives
  • Ensure absolute customer satisfaction and service standards are delivered in line with company mission statement and guidelines
  • Deliver operational excellence in store network, including stock management, shrinkage, wage control, roster compliance, and workforce management
  • Implement effective recruitment and development processes for state, area, and store team members in line with their needs and skill gaps
  • Implement regular performance reviews
  • Ensure efficient OH&S management and adherence to national legislation

To Be Successful You Will Have:

  • Demonstrated 5+ years of national manager/regional/state manager experience in fast-paced retail environment
  • High standards of written and verbal communication skills in both one-on-one and large group environments
  • A passion for leading, inspiring, and developing people, and proven excellence in performance management
  • The ability to think strategically to identify missed opportunities and drive sales and KPIs
  • Ability to manage to and within budgets
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Affiliation with company core values and 'Make It Happen' attitude
