Senior Project Administrator

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented professional to provide comprehensive project administrative support across multiple projects.

This role involves providing oversight of project administration, scheduling, and coordination for curriculum development and related training delivery projects to ensure efficient execution.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive oversight of project administration, scheduling, and coordination.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, schedules, tracking milestones, workflows, and deliverables.
  • Prepare, review, and present submissions, status updates, and project reporting updates to stakeholders and management.
  • Build and maintain reporting dashboards and tools in Microsoft Power BI and Excel.
  • Redesign process frameworks and implement standardised SharePoint structures.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of ten years' experience in program or project administration in complex multi-stakeholder environments.
  • A minimum of eight years' project administration experience in nationally regulated vocational education and training (VET) organisation contexts.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining complex project schedules and resourcing plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven track record in implementing process improvements and standardised documentation systems.
