Key Responsibilities:
  • Frame user & process questions, develop plans to address them, conduct research, and synthesise findings into actionable insights for clients to help them achieve their business goals and objectives.
  • Guide individuals through the design process, even those new to it. Facilitate working sessions to reach outcomes and articulate the 'why' behind design activities to achieve business goals.
  • Structure information into artefacts like blueprints, journey maps, and user flows to enable collaboration among squad members and aid storytelling for stakeholders.
  • Facilitate collective understanding of the end-to-end experience by mapping events at the intersection of technology, business, and design.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Essential qualities/skills for success in this role:

  • A passion for simplifying complex concepts, comfortable working with multiple data points and systems, and not afraid to ask 'why' and 'how might we make this easier.'
  • Ability to synthesise different viewpoints and visualise concepts to bring ideas to life, whether through storyboards, wireframes, or simple sketches.
  • Excellent storytelling skills, able to explain problem-solving processes and comfortable using numbers to quantify initiative impact on both users and business.
