This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Early Learning Centre in a permanent part-time or full-time capacity. As Assistant Director, you will play a key role in shaping meaningful learning experiences for young children, supporting a dedicated team, and building strong relationships with families.

About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced leader who can drive the development of our early childhood program, foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, and provide exceptional support to our teaching team. You will work closely with our Director to develop and implement high-quality educational programs that meet the needs of all children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Develop and implement curriculum plans that align with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)">
  • Lead and manage a small team of educators to ensure high-quality care and education is provided to children">
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with families through regular communication and parent-teacher conferences">
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification;

">

A commitment to providing high-quality early childhood education and care;

">

Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills;

">

A current Working With Children Check and completion of Responding to Risk of Harm, Abuse & Neglect in Education & Care (RRHAN-EC) training;

">

Strong organisational and time management skills;

">

Ability to demonstrate initiative and problem-solving skills;

">

A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with industry best practices.
