Job Summary

JPS Medical Recruitment is seeking an experienced Emergency Medicine Specialist to lead our team of Emergency Medicine Specialists, CMOs, and nursing staff. As a Clinical Director of Emergency Services, you will be responsible for the provision of direct patient care, daily clinical supervision, and management of Emergency Department Services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellence in clinical care to every patient, every time
  • Promote seamless continuity of care between inpatient and outpatient services
  • Lead a team of Emergency Medicine Specialists, CMOs, and nursing staff
  • Manage the provision of direct patient care and daily clinical supervision
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate models of service delivery
  • Coordinate services, allocate resources, and negotiate with stakeholders

Requirements

  • Registered as a Specialist with AHPRA
  • Hold the FACEM
  • Demonstrated recent clinical experience at a service level
  • Management and leadership experience in an Emergency Department
