Lead Clinician Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Clinician to join our team in the Developmental Disability Service. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical expertise and leadership in the delivery of mental health services to children, adolescents, and their families.
- Providing direct expert care to individual clients or groups of clients.
- Delivering advanced clinical services to the child and adolescent mental health population.
- Assuming a clinical/professional leadership role within the team.
- Contributing to quality and safety improvements in services across CAMHS and within specific service areas.
- Appropriate degree or equivalent qualification for your respective discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in developmental disability and child and adolescent mental health work.
- Proven leadership experience, including the ability to coordinate workflow and motivate other professional staff.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
