Our organization is seeking a qualified Electrical Supervisor to oversee our team of smart metering technicians on a newly awarded meter exchange project with a major partner.

About the Role:

  • Supervise and lead a team of smart metering technicians in the field, ensuring safe systems of work and quality performance objectives are met.
  • Provide training, auditing, and support to achieve zero harm and compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Travel to support and audit technicians in various working areas, including overnight stays in regional towns.

Key Requirements:

  • Relevant electrical experience working in a similar role within metering or utilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as developed interpersonal and leadership capabilities.
  • Demonstrated experience supervising work crews and leading by example.
  • Current electrical license and relevant metering qualifications.
  • Ability to travel extensively throughout Australia.
