Smart Metering Team Lead

The Smart Metering Team Lead will oversee a team of skilled technicians on a large-scale meter exchange project.

  • Provide guidance and support to our technicians in the field.
  • Train, audit, and motivate teams to achieve exceptional performance, quality, and safety standards.

This role will be based primarily in Sydney Metro and surrounding areas including regional NSW.

Key requirements:

  • Relevant electrical experience working in a similar leadership role within utilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience supervising work crews and leading by example.
  • Current electrical license and relevant metering qualifications.
  • Ability to travel to support and audit technicians in all working areas.
