Job Opportunity

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Technical Architect to join the Professional Services team. This role involves serving complex enterprise customers, guiding architecture, integration, and delivery for optimal solutions.

Your Impact
  • Develop scalable and standard methodology solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Evaluate business and technical requirements.
  • Build relationships with key collaborators and team members.
  • Lead architects on overall engagement, coordinating work and aligning with project managers.
  • Support planning and implementation in collaboration with customers.
  • Review and guide project vision, direction, and implementation approach.
  • Direct early solution evaluation, managing issues and engaging executives, account teams, engineering, and product management.
  • Apply configuration to meet customer needs when required.
  • Mentor diverse teams in technical delivery and non-technical topics.
  • Fuel internal growth by identifying and contributing to pivotal initiatives.
  • Support pre-sales activities to position Salesforce Services.
Required Qualifications
  • Australian Citizenship or NV1 clearance eligibility.
  • Technical consulting and solution implementation experience in major software domains, including coding experience in object-oriented languages.
  • Analyze, design, and optimize business processes via technology and integration.
  • Guide customers and project members in rationalising and deploying emerging technology for business use cases.
  • Work independently and as part of a distributed team, taking ownership of problems.
  • Rapidly learn new technologies and possess strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Available to travel regionally depending on customer needs.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Detailed understanding of Web Services, Data Modeling, and Enterprise application integration concepts.
  • Ability to build and maintain key relationships with C-level / mid level and key decision makers.
  • Experience as a Senior Architect and/or CTO in a mid to large-sized organisation, leading organisational transformation in a matrixed organisation.
  • Defining and delivering enterprise applications on the Salesforce Platform, including coded solutions.

As a strategic advisor and Salesforce product expert, you will drive the success of our customers through innovative technical solutions.

Key qualifications include a detailed understanding of Web Services, Data Modeling, and Enterprise application integration concepts.
