We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Technical Account Manager Yacht. In this position, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of end-user and reseller accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Manage territory with autonomy, suggesting strategies to grow and improve business.
- Identify new customers outside existing networks, targeting colour-mixing opportunities.
- Deliver product and technical training to resellers and end users.
- Drive sales performance, analyse variances to targets, recommend corrective actions.
- Represent the company at boat shows and brand-building events.
- Manage customer relationships to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
- Proven sales negotiation and influencing abilities.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong presentation, IT and analytical capabilities.
- Meticulous attention to technical detail and reporting.
- Flexible, team-oriented approach with business management experience.
