
Production Inventory Manager

This is a critical role that supports the growth and sustainability of the resource sector.
As a Planning and Inventory Controller, you will be joining a global leader in the design, manufacture, and supply of wear products and services for mining equipment.
The team consists of 3,000-strong global members who are proud of their innovative solutions and commitment to being carbon neutral by 2030.
You will be part of a diverse and inclusive team contributing across more than 100 unique professions and trades.
Job Overview:You will report directly to the Supervisor, promoting safety in all aspects of the role. Your key responsibilities include understanding customer requirements, expediting materials from internal and external suppliers, and collaborating with the Production Planner to schedule and meet Key Performance Indicators.
You will monitor raw material levels, manage inventory, and ensure ordering requirements are met to facilitate a smooth production process.
You will oversee quality control systems, maintain production schedules, manage dispatch and ticketing for timely deliveries, and sustain the integrity of manufacturing data within the system.
You should have a proven ability to drive change, foster continuous improvement, and communicate effectively within the team, across departments, and with external contractors.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:- Metal Trade / Engineering / Manufacturing qualifications.
- Experience in a Planning role within heavy manufacturing environments.
- Experience with materials movements and transactions in manufacturing.
