Key Responsibilities
  • Manage master data, including ABCs, safety stock, and forecasts, within ERP systems.
  • Develop and implement inventory policies and calculations.
  • Place weekly and monthly purchase orders as required.
  • Prepare monthly inventory reports, blocked stock, and projected inventory.
  • Support key supply chain projects and process improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with suppliers on issues and priorities.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business or Supply Chain, or relevant planning experience.
  • Working knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems.
  • Experience working with large datasets and proficiency in data analytics and Microsoft Excel.
  • Solid understanding of S&OP processes, supply, and inventory management practices.
  • Confident communication skills to work with various stakeholders.
