Job Responsibilities
  • Lead by example and inspire leaders and individuals to foster a culture of customer-centricity, accountability, collaboration, and achieving bold goals.
  • Drive growth in the Security business through strategic partnerships and expanding customer IT and business connections.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to expand the teams' sales capabilities and reach in the area.
  • Enable specialist sales and technical specialist managers to drive Security business growth at or above targets and accelerate customer value realization through security sales and consumption.
  • Take ownership and accountability for delivering area business results and incubation targets.
  • Influence the technical and product leadership agenda across key field and corporate stakeholders including engineering, marketing, partners, and business planning.
  • Engage at CxO level to support and coach teams on new opportunity discovery and acceleration; coach specialist sellers to build and influence the market including external industry events.
  • Develop and implement end-to-end security solutions to increase customer and partner satisfaction and grow average deal sizes year over year.
  • Maintain a rolling quarter qualified pipeline in place for each market to reach revenue and business targets; specialists close the majority of cloud revenue and consumption with measurable technical influence.
  • Cultivate a high-performing team by hiring diverse talent, prioritizing development, and preparing people for more senior positions.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 14 years of technology-related sales or account management experience.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, Analytics, Data Science, or related field AND 10+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience.
  • A minimum of 8 years of people management experience.
  • Additionally, 8+ years of senior technical sales leadership experience in cloud services growth, preferably Security, Productivity, or Infrastructure is highly desirable.
  • A minimum of 12 years of people management experience, including leading high-performance sales and technical-specialist teams and coaching solution strategy in large organizations.
  • Technical certifications in Security solutions are advantageous.
