Project Coordinator Role

As a key member of our team, you will oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of concrete supply projects across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all aspects of concrete supply operations, including logistics, safety protocols, and technical requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure confidence and ongoing support.
  • Collaborate, record, and present relevant project information to ensure seamless communication and project delivery.
  • Plan and forecast project requirements, customer needs, and area demands to optimize resource allocation.
  • Ensure effective communication across sales, operations, technical, lab, production, and customers to drive success.
  • Monitor and uphold quality assurance processes to ensure the highest standards are met.
  • Implement and support safety procedures, follow-ups, and education initiatives to promote a safe working environment.
  • Conduct regular meetings and site visits to ensure all teams are aligned and informed.
  • Provide support within the operations team as required.

Required Skills:

  • Exceptional communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with customers, site teams, and internal departments.
  • Basic understanding of concrete and supply processes.
  • High level of attention to detail to ensure quality and compliance.
