Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Leader to join our team. As a Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading the team to meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), managing day-to-day operations, including sales, and handling in-store warranty, claims, and escalations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the team to meet and exceed KPIs
  • Manage rosters and attendance of staff
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including sales

  • Model great customer service and lead from the front
