**Key Responsibilities:*

  • Liaise with schools, families and external stakeholders to deliver successful learning outcomes and quality service provision for hearing impaired students.
  • Lead, supervise and support a team of teachers in addressing the complex learning needs of students with hearing impairment across educational settings.
  • Provide professional learning on hearing impaired students for school staff.
  • Develop and implement high-quality teaching programs that cater to the diverse needs of students.
  • Build strong relationships with students, staff and parents to promote student wellbeing and engagement.

**Requirements:

  • Approval to teach students with hearing impairment.
  • Experience in special education, particularly with hearing impaired students.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and manage effective relationships with students, staff and external partners.
