Creative Architectural Professional

Seeking a certified architectural designer to lead and supervise our remote team of designers and drafters. Most of our work involves Class 1 & 10 residential projects, such as new houses, townhouses, extensions, garages, sheds, etc.
Key Responsibilities- Review and finalise drawings prepared by the offshore team.
- Ensure plans meet NCC (Vol 2), Australian Standards, and council requirements.
- Guide and mentor the team on compliance and best practice.
- Help manage deadlines and quality across multiple projects.
- Communicate with clients or consultants in Australia when necessary.
- Certified/registered designer in Australia.
- Strong knowledge of NCC Vol 2 + local council requirements.
- Residential design/documentation experience (not mandatory; can be entry level as well).
- Organised, detail-oriented, deadline-focused.
- Comfortable leading and checking work from a remote team.
This is a flexible role with potential for remote work. We offer ongoing employment opportunities for the right candidate. Salary is negotiable based on years of experience.
