Strategic Business Operations Leadership Position

We are seeking an exceptional candidate to spearhead our strategic business operations. The successful professional will possess a strong background in finance, IT systems, and business management.

This senior leadership role encompasses responsibility for the preparation of annual financial statements and coordination of the external audit process.

  • Lead the planning and execution of comprehensive financial forecasts, budgets, and models to support strategic planning and informed decision-making.
  • Deliver high-level financial reporting and analysis to executive management, providing valuable insights into performance, risks, and opportunities.
  • Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity and efficient use of funds.
  • Identify and assess financial risks, implementing appropriate controls and mitigation strategies.
  • Oversee and manage the organisation's cybersecurity strategy, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and safeguarding data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Supervise and coordinate the internal help desk function, ensuring timely and effective technical support for all staff.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in Finance, IT systems, and/or Business Management/commerce, along with a tertiary qualification in Business Management, Commerce, or Finance and extensive experience in IT systems.

Candidates must demonstrate confidence in their ability to engage, communicate, and present to a variety of stakeholders. Strong report writing skills, framework development, and presentation abilities are essential. Additionally, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of programs is required.
