
Vehicle Operations Manager

As a seasoned vehicle operations manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading our workshop team. With over 30 years of delivering top-quality service, our friendly and family-oriented team has built a reputation for excellence in both quality and efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a management role within the collision repair industry and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to set, manage, and adhere to deadlines while demonstrating problem-solving abilities and organisational skills.
The successful candidate will oversee vehicle processing upon arrival, manage the repair process, and ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality repairs. They will also meet productivity targets and customer expectations for the site and support the management of the site to drive profitability and customer satisfaction.
