We are an award-winning workplace rehab provider dedicated to delivering exceptional support and assisting clients recover from injury, return to work and regain their confidence and independence with the support from specialist consultants.

Our team culture is supportive and collaborative, with an extensive induction program for all new employees and regular staff training sessions. We also coordinate regular team social events and an annual company conference and awards night.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Attending face-to-face meetings within your region and providing guidance to Career Coaches in your team with their files.
  • Coordinating team catch-ups within your region and at our head office based on Sydney's Lower North Shore.
  • Developing a high-performing team of successful Career Coaches by providing mentoring and support through:
    • Regular team meetings to create an open discussion forum.
    • Being responsible for the development and consistency of career coaches within your team.
    • Liaising with senior managers to ensure collaboration across files.
    • Regular file reviews.
    • Day-to-day direct leadership of a team of up to 6.
    • Communicating senior management messages effectively to your team.
    • Reporting into the Regional Manager.

About You

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar role within occ rehab.
  • A recruitment background assisting individuals with barriers secure new employment.
  • A car and valid Driver's license.
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail.
  • The ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
  • The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Confidence over the phone and ability to network with potential employers.
  • A police check or willingness to obtain a police check prior to commencement.
