Job Title: Administrator

Wipro is seeking a highly skilled Administrator to join our team. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for resolving, maintaining, and managing client software, hardware, and network issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely response to all client tickets and service requests.
  • Perform root cause analysis and create action plans to resolve issues.
  • Provide acceptance and immediate resolution to high-priority tickets and services.
  • Install and configure software and hardware requirements based on service requests.
  • Maintain timely backups of important data and logs.
  • Coordinate with on-site teams for complex problem resolution.
Stakeholder Interaction:
  • Internal: Project Manager, On-site project team, Lead/Sr. Administrator.
  • External: Client.
Competencies:
