About The Position

We are seeking an exceptional professional to deliver our audit services.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. To establish and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring seamless communication throughout the engagement process.
  2. To work collaboratively with the team to develop effective audit strategies that drive results.
  3. To provide support in preparing documents for audit planning, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  4. To work closely with the engagement manager to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
  5. To coordinate engagements independently, reporting directly to Partners when necessary.
  6. To identify opportunities for improvement and communicate these findings to Managers.
  7. To prepare and monitor budgets for various engagements, ensuring financial discipline and prudence.
  8. To coach and mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  9. To liaise with clients and identify future business opportunities, driving revenue growth and expansion.
About You
  • Hold a CA/CPA qualification or be working towards one.
  • Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to challenge assumptions.
  • Be a self-starter with a proactive, detail-oriented approach, able to adapt to new technology.
  • Exhibit professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion in all interactions.
  • Showcase excellent workflow management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Have experience working in a fast-paced environment, with a minimum of two years in a similar role.
