The Compliance Operations Manager is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for driving compliance initiatives and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. This position requires an expert ability to identify and address non-compliance issues, craft strategies to support good regulatory standards, and foster inclusive relationships.
This senior-level role provides expertise in compliance functions across various industries, including assessing, identifying, and coordinating issues related to non-compliance or potential non-compliance from regulated entities.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing strategic plans to facilitate compliance achievement;
- Leading the Compliance and Investigations team in their duties;
To be successful, you will have significant experience in conducting compliance investigations, continuously improving compliance programs, and proven ability to interpret and apply legislation and regulatory instruments. Leadership experience is also required.
A tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline such as law, business, commerce, or Government investigations would be highly regarded.
