The successful candidate will ensure the smooth operation of videoconferencing, audio-visual, and associated systems, providing exceptional customer service and quality performance outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and resolve routine faults with AV technology, ensuring systems are operational, functional, and secure.
  • Provide technical support for videoconferencing and audiovisual systems, including Cisco Telepresence systems and AV Control.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high-performance, innovative team environments.
  • Develop and maintain technical knowledge of AV systems, software, and hardware.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including staff, students, and external partners.
Requirements
  • Degree qualifications or relevant experience and education.
  • Experience in resolving technical faults and providing customer support in a videoconferencing and audiovisual environment.
  • Informed analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated computer literacy and proficiency in software packages, with ability to adapt quickly to new desktop software.
  • Experience with Cisco Telepresence systems, AV Control, audio, and display systems (desirable).
