About the Role:

As a Field Service Air Conditioning Technician, you will be responsible for the service, repair, and commissioning of commercial and domestic air conditioning products. You will also report on common product issues and assist with the generation of reports for product improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

* Service, repair, and commission commercial and domestic air conditioning products
* Identify and report on common product issues
* Assist with the generation of reports for product improvement
* Provide technical advice and training to customers and company personnel
* Assist with training material and courses for agents and dealers

Requirements:

* Previous experience as an Air Conditioning Field Service Technician is essential
* Ability to identify issues with air conditioning products, repair them, and make recommendations
* Ability to service air conditioning products to perform at their best
* Commissioning experience is desirable but not essential
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
* Ability to build relationships with customers, team members, and extended business partnerships
* Ability to work in a physically demanding role
* Ability to work additional hours during peak season
* Highly motivated, eager, and result-driven
* Organisational skills including the ability to complete tasks in a timely manner, communicate status and delays if required
* VRF experience will be highly regarded
* Willing to comply with the Company's Values and Code of Conduct
* Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Trade Certificate
* Minimum Restricted Electrical License - EST (state-based) is a must
* OHS General Induction Card is essential
* Drivers Licence essential - with a clean driving record
* First Aid Certificate is desirable but not essential
