Pinstriperecruitment is seeking an experienced Insurance Broker to join our team as we expand our national presence. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to run your own portfolio of clients and enjoy a six-figure income in your first year.

About the Opportunity:

We are a market-leading national insurance brokerage offering a unique opportunity to work with a brand that has a reputation for excellence in the market. You will be given a portfolio of clients and will have the autonomy to run your own business, with the support of our National Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service a portfolio of clients and build long-term relationships
  • Exceed sales targets and achieve a six-figure income in your first year
  • Work professionally and autonomously under pressure, and within a team environment
  • Provide exceptional client service and demonstrate account management skills

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years experience servicing your own portfolio of clients within an insurance brokerage
  • Tier 1 qualified insurance broker
  • Exceptional client service skills and demonstrable account management skills
  • Outstanding negotiation skills and ability to work professionally and autonomously under pressure
